Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

No Returns or Refunds
1. Products Once Sold Are Non-Returnable:
All vending machines and accessories sold by Vendz are final sales. We do not accept returns or process refunds for any products once they are sold.
2. Customised Orders:
Customised vending machines or machines modified as per customer specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
Buy-Back Option
While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, we understand that situations may change. Vendz offers a Buy-Back Program for customers who wish to sell their vending machines back to us.
Buy-Back Terms:
• Machines must be in working condition or repairable.
• Buy-back value will be assessed based on the machine’s age, condition, and market demand.
• All buy-back requests must be initiated by contacting us at +918424030904.
Our team will inspect the machine and provide a fair buy-back quote. Note that transport and inspection charges may apply.
Warranty Repairs
If your vending machine develops any defects covered under our Warranty Policy, we will repair it at no additional cost within the warranty period.
Warranty Coverage:
1. Repairs Only:
The warranty covers repair services but does not include the cost of spare parts.
2. Warranty Period:
All vending machines come with a standard one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
3. Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by improper use or lack of maintenance.
• Damage due to external factors, such as fire, water, or electrical surges.
• Consumable components, such as filters or batteries.

• Our technical team will guide you through the repair process or arrange for inspection if needed.
Post-Warranty Repairs
After the warranty period, Vendz offers repair services under an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
• The AMC covers labour charges for repairs.
• Spare parts, if required, will be charged separately.

Exchanges

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
